Learning to engineer music for broadcast, live events and CDs is complex. There are many disciplines that must be mastered if one is to be a successful music engineer or music producer.

Some of these disciplines are technical, some are pure science and some are art. At CRAS, one of the best music engineering schools in the world, we’re laser-focused on them all.

CRAS students spend 12 months of total immersion in audio production and music engineering. And, when they’re ready to graduate, they don’t have a mountain of debt built up paying tuition on courses that have no application to their dream job. 12 months and they're ready to rock their audio career!

The CRAS campus open 24/7. And, unlike other music recording schools that might “bump” student projects for commercial work, all of CRAS’s facilities are reserved for study, workshops and sessions, by students and only students! There’s even a 6,000 sq/foot live sound venue where students learn the art of music engineering for live concerts and other events. The CRAS education experience is one-of-a-kind.

The CRAS student body is made up of students from around the world who are looking to follow their dream of a job they love – music engineering. They are taught by a team of instructors made up of industry pros. This elite group of educators shares their industry expertise with students in small classes, which are kept to a maximum of 12 students per class, ensuring that every student gets both hands-on experience and face time with the equipment and the instructors.
