Phoenix is the second fastest growing metropolitan area in the United States, which means if you want to be in the middle of a growing and developing scene, Phoenix is the place to be.
Since you'll be constantly working with music while attending The Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences, why not look into the local music scene? Jim Adkins of Jimmy Eat World called Phoenix a "rock mecca". Jimmy Eat World is just one of many bands who got their start in Phoenix. So while you're in town why not check out some of the popular local music venues on Grand Avenue and maybe you'll see an up-and-coming musical group.
